CareCompass

Walk into the next oncology visit prepared.

A new cancer diagnosis arrives as a stack of reports nobody translated. CareCompass helps a patient or family member reread that paperwork in plain language, write down the next visit questions, and keep a simple symptom journal. It stays on this device. It does not diagnose, treat, or guess the future.

What this first visit kit includes
One sitting can produce a readable report, a one-page question list, and a journal summary to bring to clinic.

Demo mode is on by default so judges can click through without an API key. Samples are fictional and labeled as such.

Health notes never leave the browser unless you turn demo mode off and send text to an optional language-model provider. This app does not create an account and does not store records on a server.

Three things you can do now

Explain paperwork
Paste or upload a pathology report, imaging report, or visit summary. Adjust the reading level. Get a glossary and flags for questions to ask in clinic.
Prepare questions
Turn the report into a prioritized list. Edit it. Print a one-page sheet so the visit is not spent trying to remember what you meant to ask.
Keep a daily journal
Energy, pain, nausea, appetite, and a few yes/no checks. Red flags cite NCI and ACS public pages, including fever during treatment.
Safety first

CareCompass refuses requests to diagnose, pick a treatment, or predict survival. Those answers belong to a clinician who has the full record.

The safety disclaimer stays visible on every working screen. Red-flag guidance is copied from public NCI and ACS pages and linked in place.

Privacy by default

Reports, questions, and journal entries live in this browser only. Clearing site data removes them. There is no login.
